Vegetarian Food
We proudly celebrate being Vegetarian, which means we’ll continue focusing on building a better tomorrow and helping people to eat and live better. One of the biggest reasons we practice vegetarianism is to protect the environment.
We are committed to bringing awareness to healthier vegetarian dishes by creating delicious recipes that are easy to make using Australian fresh produce. We are cooking fresh, healthy, and natural vegetarian food. We are also growing more organic food varieties every day, and working towards zero food waste in our temple.
Healthy
A global switch to diets that rely less on meat and more on fruit and vegetables could save up to 8 million lives by 2050, reduce greenhouse gas emissions by two-thirds, and lead to overall health improvements. It could also avoid climate-related damages of $1.5 trillion (US), Oxford Martin School researchers have found.
All animals are sentient beings, capable of feeling pain and a variety of emotions, including fear, sadness, and suffering. If you are disturbed by the thought of mistreating cats and dogs, you must understand that cows, pigs, chickens, and other animals used for food production are no different.
We love Australia dearly and pledge to continue our efforts to protect and maintain this great land. We endeavor to make contributions locally as we believe our efforts can benefit communities all across Australia.
If we all went vegan, the world’s food-related emissions would drop by 70% by 2050 according to a recent report on food and climate in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).
We believe, and science agrees, that following a plant-based diet is healthy for our bodies and the environment.
Here at the temple we enjoy growing and serving our own organic fruits and veggies, and healthy living with fresh, delicious food.
